Academy Office Manager 
First Stage seeks an Academy Office Manager (AOM) to provide support for First Stage Academy families and oversee day to day operations. The AOM will obtain these objectives by completing administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service and supervising office processes. The AOM will provide support for all Academy locations.

Staff Accountant
Year-round, full-time
Reports to Finance Director

First Stage is seeking an energized, mission-minded candidate to fill our Staff Accountant position. The position is responsible for the entry of accounts payable and deposits, tracking of company credit card usage, and the performance of various account reconciliations during month-end. This entry-level position requires a deep-rooted understanding of accounting basics, accuracy, quick analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with staff at all levels of the Organization. General computer proficiency and high proficiency in Excel are necessary. Knowledge of Abila MIP (formerly Sage Fund Accounting) and Tessitura is a plus.  The ideal candidate has an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
