First Stage Theater Academy is the nation’s largest high impact theater training program for young people!

Imagine a place where students of all ages coming together to make new friends, practice new skills, and let their individuality shine! Our professional staff teaches life skills through stage skills through engaging, high impact acting curriculum - available only at First Stage! Students and faculty work together to create a positive, safe learning environment where each student is encouraged to take risks, conquer their fears, and become leaders.

COST

  • Sessions start at $160. Tuition includes all class materials and one Academy t-shirt per students.  Explore our course catalog for specific classes and prices.

  • Register online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Please have your schedule, child’s emergency contact information, and any pertinent medical information available.

Playmakers Gr 1-2

Playmakers Grades 1-2 Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am Start Date: February 3 End Date: March 10 Take the leap from re-enacting stories to creating your own! In our Playmakers classes, students are the leaders of their own creative drama experience. Develop dialogue, action, characters, and work as a community to write an original story through facilitated improvised play called "Drama On". Playmakers classes are based on the world of a pre-existing play. These classes will draw inpsiration from the First Stage production of The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane.
