I have tickets for this weekend but lost them. Your offices are closed. What should I do?
Please come to your scheduled show. Our box office staff at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center is available one hour prior to the start of each performance, and will be able to look up your order and reissue new tickets.
I ordered tickets and have a confirmation but never received my tickets in the mail.

My child is three and is going to sit on my lap. Does he or she still need a ticket?
All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket and will not be admitted without one.
How long is the show?
The show lasts between 50-55 minutes. There is no intermission.
You say that there are tickets left for this weekend but they are not showing up on the website.
This usually means that there are very few tickets left. If we have seats available, they can be purchased at the door of the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center. The cost is $10/person.
Can I purchase tickets at the door before a show?
If the tickets are not sold out, absolutely. But, if tickets are limited, we cannot guarantee that the show will not sell out before you get to the building. We are also unable to hold tickets which have not been paid for in advance. Our box office staff is available one hour prior to each performance at the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center.
What time do doors open before a show?
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance.
My tickets are for this weekend and I need to exchange them for a different date!
Please call (414) 267-2961 and leave a message. As long as we receive a message from you, we can exchange tickets after the fact unless the show has closed. Please note that there is a processing fee for ticket exchanges. Subscribers receive free unlimited exchanges.
I have complimentary ticket vouchers. May I redeem them the day of the show?
Complimentary ticket vouchers must be redeemed 48 hours in advance of a show. If we have availability, we may be able to help you with this at the door on the day of the show. However, we cannot guarantee availability because our First Steps shows frequently sell out. To ensure availability, please redeem your vouchers by stopping in to the Milwaukee Youth Arts Center, Monday - Friday, between 10 - 4 pm.
