AUDITIONS:

How do I audition?
Auditions will begin in August.  The audition requirement is two contrasting monologues, one classical and one contemporary, not to exceed three minutes combined length. There will also be an interview and the directors may want to work with the auditionee on the piece.

How much does it cost?
Tuition for the course is $550 plus a $40 production fee. This covers the entire year and all supplies. Financial assistance is available to any families who find the tuition a barrier to participation. YC members may also defray the cost by interning other classes for which they will receive $50 tuition credits for each course interned.

What are the performance opportunities?
Young Company students may also perform in Young Company performances throughout the year.

What if I have to miss class?
We recognize how busy a student’s life can be during the school year and therefore offer some flexibility regarding attendance. We do, however require that all conflicts be submitted in advance and in writing and that all work is completed.
