First Stage creates a safe space for all students to express themselves and develop as individuals without judgment or fear of failure. Guided by our philosophy of teaching life skills through stage skills, students will experience the joy of theater arts each day with a team of teaching artists and special education professionals.

We’re going into the unknown this spring break with a one-of-a-kind Frozen experience!

3-4 graders will work on their musicality, physicality, and creativity through elements of our upcoming Frozen production. Students will dive into scenes, bring musical numbers to life, and learn about some of the magic that is unique to our production of Frozen.

Brilliant scholar John Faustus craves limitless power, so he strikes a dangerous bargain with the demon Mephistopheles in exchange for his soul. Bold, darkly comic, and bursting with spectacle, Marlowe's classic asks: how far would you go for everything you've ever wanted?

The use of character and scene improvisational exercises develop expressiveness, spontaneity, effective partnering and honesty on stage.

Work with a professional director for four weeks to broaden performance skills, deepen knowledge of theater, and produce a show.

Company Class Expectations:
