Ticket Exchange Policy
If you are unable to attend your performance, you may exchange your tickets to another performance by calling the box office at (414) 267-2966 or emailing ticketmanager@firststage.org at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
Please note the following policies regarding ticket exchanges:
- Exchanges must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance.
- Tickets may not be exchanged after your performance has passed.
- Exchanges are complimentary for Family Package holders. Additional fees may apply if moving to a higher priced seat or performance.
- Those who are not Family Package holders may exchange their tickets for a $6 exchange fee. Additional fees may apply if moving to a higher priced seat or performance.
- Ticket exchanges may not be requested at the Marcus Performing Arts Center Box Office or at the Todd Wehr Theater.
